The Nonna Nene artisan laboratory is located in Felina, a small district in the municipality of Castelnovo nè Monti (RE) ITALY, at an altitude of 650 m above sea level, surrounded by nature and mountain air. The legumes are cultivated bye the skilled hands of local farmers, the flours are produced by stone grinding for better product quality and ist's attributed the MOUNTAIN PRODUCT logo. The protein food pasta is produced by bronze-drawing and then, in a very short time, subjected to slow and controlled drying to obtain a high quality artisan dry food. We are a family team, with goals in the search for quality raw materials at Km0, strict controls during the processing stage to maintain high process standards.
